Thanks for sharing the story. My father is actually suffering from sleep apnea and right now, we are looking for a CPAP machine that will work for him. We tried one before but it was uncomfortable for him and he developed some kind of rhinitis problem. I will forward this post to him so he can learn from your experience.

I enjoyed reading your story and am very happy that you have found good success after trial and error. More importantly, you didn't give up! I also have sleep apnea and use a CPAP at night and agree the extremely stuffy nose dilemna keeps me from a good nights sleep as well. I am in a situation that I cannot take ANY antihistamines, whether in sprays, cold medicines, tablets, et al, due to the interactions with other medications I currently take. Do you or anyone else have any ideas or solutions to this particular problem? I have heard of prescription nose sprays that contain no antihistamines but are steroidal in make up. Has anyone used one of those with good success? I think I really need to head to my doc and discuss all of this with him, but thought I would check here first to get any thoughts or ideas. Thanks so much!

Thank you for your story! I know it's a struggle to find the right equipment but it looks like you've found success with CPAP! Your tips are also helpful, thank you. This type of review would be really helpful to new users. If you want to reach more, consider a place with more traffic. Forums allow for real exchanges of information.
